Cranberry Chess Pie, to be exact.
I made a shaker lemon pie one year. Berry berry pie with streustel topping another. I've been known to fashion realistic autumn leaves out of pie pastry to float on top of the pumpkin pie. Sometimes I experiment with different crusts.
